During the months of December through April, RRVCA is offering services for emergency housing repairs including no-heat situations, plumbing, electrical, or other health & safety concerns. Funding is limited and eligibility depends on current income and ability to co-pay for the cost. The co-pay can range from zero to 30% of the total bill. RRVCA does not provide reimbursements for work done prior to our office being contacted. The homeowner shall provide a written estimate describing the repairs needed and estimated cost.

Verification of income, homeownership, and a completed application must also be provided. This program is available to homeowners only throughout our four county service area of Grand Forks, Pembina, Nelson, and Walsh. There is no waiting period and a decision of approval or denial can usually be made on the same day.
